• No On-Site Alcohol Consumption:
  Clients are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages on the premises.
  All alcoholic beverages are for takeaway only.

  Patrons must adhere to any posted signage regarding alcohol consumption areas.
  
• Alcohol for Takeaway Only:
  All alcoholic beverages purchased at Substance Beverage Bar are for takeaway consumption off the premises.
  Open containers of alcohol are not allowed beyond the specified boundaries of our property.

3. Identification and Age Verification

• Legal Drinking Age:
  Substance Beverage Bar strictly adheres to legal drinking age regulations. Patrons must present valid identification to prove they are of legal drinking age when purchasing alcoholic beverages.
  
• Refusal of Service:
  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or unable to provide valid identification.

4. Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct

• Intoxication:
  Patrons showing signs of intoxication will not be served alcohol.
  We encourage responsible drinking, and our staff may refuse service if they believe it is necessary.
  
• Disorderly Conduct:
  Disorderly conduct, disruptive behavior, or any actions that may compromise the safety and enjoyment of others will not be tolerated.
  Violators may be asked to leave the premises.

• Penalties:
  Violation of this Alcohol Policy may result in penalties, including expulsion from the premises, banning from future entry, and notification to relevant authorities if necessary.
